Terms of Service

These Terms and Conditions (Terms) govern your access to and use of Yumeku, including its website, comics, animations, memberships, Coins and related services (collectively, the Service). The Service is operated by Hotmate Ltd, Kinyra, 1, Kinyras Tower, 3rd floor, Flat/Office 301, Agios Andreas, 1102, Nicosia, Cyprus (Hotmate, Yumeku, we, us or our). By creating an account, purchasing a product or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

The Service contains adult material and is available only to persons who are at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority in their place of residence. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet these requirements and may lawfully access adult content in your jurisdiction. You must not allow a minor to access the Service through your account or device.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your login credentials secure and for activity carried out through your account. Please contact [email protected] promptly if you believe that your account has been accessed without authorization. Accounts and purchased access are personal and may not be sold, transferred or shared commercially.

3. Products and access rights

Yumeku currently offers the following types of paid access:

• Premium membership. Premium is a recurring membership billed every two weeks at the price shown at checkout. While the membership is active, it provides access to all comics and episodes then available in the Premium catalogue.
• Lifetime access. Lifetime is a one-time purchase that provides access to all current and future Yumeku comics and episodes for as long as Hotmate Ltd continues to operate the Yumeku Service. Lifetime is not a recurring subscription.
• Coins. Coins are account-based credits used to unlock animations and any other Coin-based features that are expressly identified in the Service.

Premium and Lifetime provide access to comics. They do not include free animation unlocks. Animations are separate Coin purchases for every user, including Premium and Lifetime users. Comic episodes are not individually unlocked with Coins. Coins do not unlock comic episodes.

4. Coins and animation unlocks

Unless a different price is clearly displayed before confirmation, each animation unlock costs 150 Coins.

• Purchased Coins do not expire. Promotional or bonus Coins may have an expiry date only where that expiry is clearly disclosed when the Coins are granted. If no expiry is disclosed, the bonus Coins will not expire.
• Purchased and bonus Coins may be displayed separately in your account.
• Where both are available, Yumeku may use bonus Coins first.
• Coins have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• An animation unlocked with Coins is licensed for personal viewing through the account used to unlock it.
• Yumeku may change the Coin price of future animation unlocks, but any change will be shown before the user confirms the unlock. A price change will not reverse an animation unlock already completed.

5. Prices and payments

The price, billing period, currency, taxes where applicable and material product terms are displayed before an order is submitted. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers, including Centrobill. The applicable payment provider and billing descriptor will be disclosed during checkout or in the payment confirmation. Hotmate Ltd does not intentionally receive or store full payment card numbers. By submitting an order, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the displayed amount using the selected payment method.

6. Premium renewal and cancellation

Premium renews automatically every two weeks until cancelled. The renewal price and next billing date are displayed during checkout and, where available, in the user's account. You may cancel future renewals at any time by sending a cancellation request from the email address associated with your account to [email protected]. We will send a cancellation confirmation. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not normally refund the current paid period. Premium access continues until the end of that period unless applicable law requires otherwise. Lifetime and Coin purchases do not renew automatically.

7. Immediate access and withdrawal rights

Digital access is normally supplied immediately after payment. Consumers may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract. Where applicable law permits the loss of that right after digital performance begins, we may ask for prior express consent to begin supplying digital content immediately and acknowledgement of the resulting loss of the right of withdrawal. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or waived.

8. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Payment and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, payments are not refundable merely because a user changes their mind after digital access has begun or Coins have been used. This does not affect statutory withdrawal rights that have not been validly waived, or claims relating to duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, unauthorized transactions or a failure to supply the purchased product.

9. Licence

Yumeku grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access the Service and view content made available through your account. This licence does not transfer ownership of the content. You may not reproduce, redistribute, publicly display, sell, scrape, download in bulk or commercially exploit Yumeku content except where we expressly permit it in writing.

10. Acceptable use

You must not:

• use the Service unlawfully or enable a minor to access it;
• share, resell or commercially transfer account access;
• bypass access controls, paywalls or security measures;
• scrape, copy or redistribute content without permission;
• upload malware or interfere with the operation of the Service;
• impersonate another person or use fraudulent payment information;
• use Yumeku content to train an artificial intelligence model without our written permission.

11. Intellectual property and copyright complaints

The Service and its content, including artwork, characters, text, branding, software and interface elements, are owned by or licensed to Hotmate Ltd and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Copyright complaints

Copyright complaints may be sent to: Hotmate Ltd, Kinyra, 1, Kinyras Tower, 3rd floor, Flat/Office 301, Agios Andreas, 1102, Nicosia, Cyprus, Email: [email protected]. A notice should identify the protected work, the allegedly infringing material, its location, the complainant's contact details, a good-faith statement, and a statement that the information provided is accurate and that the sender is authorized to act.

12. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend an account where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, unlawful activity, payment abuse, a security threat or a material breach of these Terms. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to contact support. Termination does not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. The treatment of unused purchased Coins following termination will depend on the reason for termination and applicable law.

13. Availability and disclaimers

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, security incidents, third-party failures or circumstances outside our reasonable control may temporarily affect availability. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, remedies or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hotmate Ltd will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Service. Any limitation in these Terms applies only to the extent permitted by law and does not exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Service, law or business operations. We will post the revised Terms with a new effective date and, where a change materially affects an existing paid product or recurring membership, provide reasonable notice. Changes will not retroactively remove an access right that a user has already purchased, except where required by law or necessary to address unlawful use or a serious security issue.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections available under the laws of your country of residence. Disputes may be brought before any court having jurisdiction under applicable consumer law.
